potrà essere richiesta con
la nuova articulazione “K”, che consente di proteggerli dal
furto dei coperchi in qualsiasi momento con poche e semplici
operazioni.

ranges can on request be provided with the new
“K” captive hinge system.
Thanks to a number of simple handling operations this system can
secure the covers from theft and deterioration.
Configurazione di base

In questa configurazione l’articolazione
mantiene invariate tutte le caratteristiche
di base dei dispositivi BRIO
TM
e NEO
TM
:
- apertura del coperchio a 115°
- bloccaggio di sicurezza a 90°
- coperchio smontabile a 90°
Configurazione ad asse prigioniero prima
della posa (esempio B)
Contro furti del coperchio o atti vandalici é
possibile rendere l’articulazione ad asse
prigionero inamovibile inserendo un asse
(diametro 12 mm max), lunghezza equiva-
lente uguale à 180mm ) come indicato in B.
Si manterranno cosi :
- apertura del coperchio a 115°
- bloccaggio di sicurezza a 90°

Configurazione ad asse prigioniero dopo
la posa (esempi C - D - E)
Grazie ad un particolare asse elastico
(fornibile su richiesta) anche i dispositivi
installati con la configurazione base (A)
possono rapidamente essere trasformati
in dispositivi con articulazione ad asse pri-
gioniero inamovibile con le seguenti ope-
razioni :

- estrarre il coperchio dal telaio ed inse-
rire lo speciale asse elastico

- reinserire il coperchio nei vani di arti-
culazione e rimuovere il fermo di blocco
dell’asse elastico
E
- l’asse elastico va ad impegnarsi nei vani
predisposti nel telaio ed il coperchio diviene
inamovibile mantenendo comunque:
- apertura del coperchio a 115°
- bloccaggio di sicurezza a 90°

Basic configuration (example A)
In this first example the hinge system
maintains all the proper characteristics of
BRIO
TM
and NEO
TM
:
- opening of the covers at 115°
- safety blocking at 90°
- removing of cover at 90°
Captive hinge configuration before
product installation (example B)
In order to avoid the cover being stolen or
deteriorated it is possible to transform the
hinge system into a captive one by means
of an axis (diam. 12mm max,180 mm
lenght) as reppresented in figure B
In this way the following features:
- opening of the cover at 115°
- safety blocking at 90° can be maintained
Captive hinge configuration after
installation (examples C - D - E)
Thanks to a special kit ( available on
request) the products installed in the first
example (A) can be easily and quickly
transformed into products provided with
the captive hinge system by following
these operations:

- remove the cover from the frame and
insert the special elastic axis

- insert the cover in the hinge guide
and remove the elastic axis blocking sys-
tem
E
- the elastic axis will block in the frame
guides specially provided; thus the cover
cannot be removed but the following
features:
- opening of cover at 115°
- Safety blocking at 90° are maintained
